Return & Refund Policy
- Orders once placed cannot be canceled.
- Returns are accepted only with a package opening video proof. Without an opening video, return requests will not be accepted.
- Customers must report damaged or wrong products within 24 hours of delivery.
- Email your complaint with Order ID and damage details to our support email.
- Do not accept tampered packages. We are not responsible once accepted.
- After approval, products must be shipped back within 1–2 days through India Post Registered Parcel only.
- Return shipping charges will be refunded after verification.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
- Products with stains, perfume smell, marks, water damage, or signs of use will not be accepted.
- Slight color or design variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.
- Handmade products like Block Prints and Kalamkari may have minor stains, misprints, or print variations, which are not considered defects.
- Accessories and gift cards are non-returnable. Sale items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
- Once the returned item is inspected, refund approval or rejection will be informed through email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few working days. If a refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
